Peter Seaman
Peter was born either in 1718 or 1722, to parents Henry & Prudence Seaman.
Peter lived in Weeting, and later Yaxham, Norfolk, and was a successful farmer.
Peter wrote his will in 13 September 1761, naming his wife Elizabeth as sole beneficiary & executor - the will was proven on 28 March 1785, shortly after his death.
On 11 February 1785 on his way home with his brother Henry, he was attacked & robbed. Peter died of his wounds a few days later on 26 February 1785; Henry recovered.
Confusingly, according to parish records he was buried in Yaxham on 27 January 1785. Perhaps the parish record is in error?
