Dive 101, Penwin Reef, Porthkerris, England, 07/07/2007

Buddied with Mac, in rib with 10 other Aquanauts - a bit cramped & rushed. In dry suit - bit of a ball squeeze! Drop down & along reef wall - many patches of beautifil jewel anemonies - bright blue, green... like a painters palette! Also large red fingers & 7 armed starfish * large pollack. Lots of pink sea fans too. I'm leading - turned a bit late, almost lost buoyancy on return (BCD not snug fit due to rush on boat) & can't find air release valve at first. But stabilise & manage to go up with Mac using his SMB. Need more frequent practice! Left lens cap on!
