Dive 13, Arches of Nereo, Capo Caccia, Sardinia, 23/07/2004

In 10:00, dive time 45 minutes, max depth 24 metres.

Dive leader Mateo (& Martin)m with Sara & Simon. Back entry from boat, swim around to entry point (A) then down & into cavern (my light fails!). Beautiful blue hole looking toward sunlight. Up onto terrace, out along wall, back into another small cavern. Wonderful plant life - flowers, corals. Moray eel seen twice, poking head from hole. Large octopus watches us & retreats. Slight leak from BCD but buoyancy not bad until end. Practice 2mm safety stop on boat anchor. Fog clears during dive. Wonderful curtain of bubbles from other divers below during surface swim. No sinus problems!
