Dive 237, Carpenter, Flat Island, Mauritius, 18/08/2014

In 10:00, dive time 35 minutes, max depth 20 metres.

Windier than yesterday, & Irina sleeping. Flying fish (tuna) sparkling in sun beside boat on way out. Rough sea near rocks, so down quickly with Mike & DM into hollow & try to avoid strong current, mostly ok with the help of holding a few rocks. Large stonefish well disguised, large baracuda, clouds of yellow striped snapper (blue banded snapper) near exit, several nudibranchs. Mostly flying through water swimming across current - fun! Rough exit - near rocks, so fin to boat. During safety stop we hear whales singing!!
