Map Previous Next Red Sea dive map Red Sea dive listWoken at 5:30, briefing & kit up (no breakfast), then by rib to above wreck, drop down, swim against slight current then along hull to stern, enter & swim below prop shaft (wreck is upside down) to boiler above & exit through cloud of glass fish. Bertie some way behind, so wait & drift along reef - lots of coral & fish, including small pipe fish. Shoal of small barracuda, goat fish. Forgot to put red filter on GoPro. Near end of reef put up SMB ok, safety stop & exit to rib near boat. Great dive!
Dunraven built in 1873 in Newcastle, sank in 1876 carrying cotton & wool from Bombay.
