Dive 52, Jennycliff, Plymouth, England, 29/05/2006

SeaSearch dive with Richard, low tide. Poor vis at first, & lots of broken bits of kelp & seaweed, but things improve all the time! First dive with my new 15l cylinder & shot weight belt - excellent. Large wrasse - very colourful. Lots of green blobs of jelly on seaweed - worm egg capsules. Lovely dahlia anemonies (2), devon cup coral, edible crab & some sort of sponge, all on small rock just before turning back. Nudibranch (1cm) orange/brown - can't identify it. Dogfish sleeping - not awakened by torch in eyes! Two spiny spider crabs marching into tide. Spiny starfish under kelp. Mostly very clean sand/gravel. Great fun, long dive with lots to see. Irina waited in car, pleased to see me (& Carol Richard). SeaSearch filled in in cafe.
