VCI (video camera interface), designed by Paul Spurgeon in the early 1980's, before digital cameras existed. Connectors at the rear are for composite black & white video input, power, and a parallel port computer interface. Front panel controls set video gain & sync threshold.

VCI was marketed by Educational Electronics/Data Harvest. The brochure shows various captured images, and interfaces to the RML 380z and BBC micros.

Original & revised circuit diagrams, and a brief description of the VCI hardware & software.
