Dive 157, James Egan Layne, Plymouth, England, 14/02/2009

In 10:23, dive time 36 minutes, max depth 22 metres.

With Jeff on "Starlight" again (& Martin & Greg). Calm, overcast, high tide. Enjoyable trip in the boat out & back. Now ladder is at rear, exit very easy :). Drop down shot/anchor - it's jammed, so we work to free it. Poor vis, but JEL is still a nice dive - lots of dead mens fingers, anemones, starfish, some wrasse & pollack. Reach bow & ascend to deck - succesfully deploy of new SMB! Good safety stop too. Saw dolphins jumping in the distance! Took old Sony camera, but too gloomy to use it - torch essential! Discovered I've been putting dry suit on wrong - neck before 2nd sleeve is nigh on impossible!
