PADI Advanced deep dive with Simon & Jenny. Down 30m shot line in fairly strong tidal current to beautiful rock gullies - lots of vegetation & life (not so much kelp), corkwing wrasse, cuckoo wrasse. Edible & spider crabs, cuttle fish, yellow 1cm nudibranch, lots of starfish including purple Bloody Henry, lots of large sea urchins, sea fan, pure white dead mans fingers, some fish. Jenny's torch (& marine aquarium experience) very useful in spotting things. 19 secs task at depth; 14 at surface, but depth seems faster. Good slow ascent close with buddies on SMB - stuck at 7m! Maybe 1kg less next time. 120 bar used on bottom; 60 on ascent! That's why good to ascend early!
