Dive 63, Blackpool Sands, Start Bay, England, 12/08/2006

SeaSearch day, buddied with Dominic. Gravel bottom, rock, kelp, lots of dragonets & gobies, small mussel beds - some in rows, some glueing gravel - feeding with open mouths. Cuttlefish, spiny crabs, whelks, spiral (necklace shell?) eggs, very small baby starfish. Lost fin clip on exit, but found it again! Draciella spectabilis: red sea weed with lovely purple phosphorescent tips. Lots of necklace shell (moon snail) egg ribbons - like sandy collars.
