Dive 79, Le Poulmic, Plymouth, England, 12/11/2006

In 15:57, dive time 45 minutes, max depth 17 metres.

First boat dive in new dry suit - enough weight to sink, but maybe put more air in suit & less in BCD, for warmth - & a bit of extra weight? No leaks :-) Rocky ledges with plenty of life: loads of goldsinny, spiny starfish, urchins. Also bloody henry, ascidia mentula, prawns hiding under a ledge, fan worms, serpula vermicularis (but vanished quickly), poor cod, cuckoo wrasse, velvet swimming crab, cotton spinners, leaopard spotted goby, boring saponge, elephant hide sponge, coal tar sponge. Started ascent ok, then let out air from suit, back to bottom, added to BCD, then to surface without good control - need more practice! Dark at surface. A fun dive!
